🌈Join us for a fun evening learning how to make pasta from scratch in a small group of 10 people. Coached by Emiliano, a registered dietitian in the UK, we’ll be cooking tagliatelle with a plant-based ragu sauce, a healthy and delicious meal that is perfect for after work.These skills will equip you to tackle any pasta dish you fancy.Everyone will get hands-on making the pasta dough, learning two techniques: by hand and with a pasta maker. Then we’ll cook the pasta and sit down together to enjoy the fruits of our labour.
