How does it feel to have won the Grabby Awards Europe trophy for Best Fetish Pornstar?
"It feels correct! It feels nice."
"I started doing this around two years ago and I thought I wouldn't get too far or maybe not get too many fans or followers or money from it, and it's been amazing because it has changed the way I see work. For example, I've seen that going to university and following my engineering career is not just the only thing I can do. There are more things. I can be my own boss. I can enter so many places. It just has opened my mind."
What's next for Karim Yoav?
"I hope that one day I get the confidence to fully quit my job and continue creating. Not just in porn, but anything else. Porn has opened so many more opportunities in my life, from working in fashion, modelling, being an actor. I know the world is out there for me and I'm just going to enjoy it."
