In The Last First Time, Alejandro Quintana stars as a gay teen named Eduardo who escapes his small-minded hometown for the big city. Eduardo wants to carve out a life as a gay man, and do some serious exploration along the way. In order to convey the breaking point of horniness that Eduardo has reached prior to seeking out other men in Guadalajara, the flick opens with Eduardo jerking off to a dick pic on his phone!
